"Retirement Concepts" was looking to attract more clients to inquire for their services and/or request a tour of the facilities. WSI in Vancouver (www.onlinemarketingwsi.com
) was engaged to promote Retirement Concepts' services ONLINE through organic Search Engine Optimization and 18 Paid Advertising campaigns targeting primarily LOCAL audiences for each one of the facilities.
Retirement Concepts provides housing and care for seniors in a variety of levels of service in retirement living communities throughout British Columbia in Canada.
The company provides homes for Seniors with three different levels of care. From "Independent living" for active seniors with minimum care, to "Assisted living" for seniors who require more attention and "Residential care" for Seniors who need a great deal more attention.
The main challenges that we had:
- Must keep the company's official colors but provide a fresh look
- Emphasis in CONVERTION
- Address 3 "personas" | Independent Living, Assisted Living & Residential Care
- 18 properties throughout British Columbia promoting different combination of services for 3 different "personas"
- Similar look and feel for Home Page and all landing pages
- Main Calls to Action: "Request a Tour" and "Get More Information"
This was the original design of the home page:
Client was looking for a good design with an emphasis on converting visitors to clients. Several designs and versions were created and all of them had Heatmaps run on to check conversion characteristics and make design decisions. Design efforts were coordinated with other marketing company.
Feng-GUI was instrumental in choosing the design that proofed as increasing the conversions.
