Sign Up
- Upon purchase, a Feng-GUI account is created automatically and the account credentials are sent to your email.
- If you have a promotion discount code, write it in the "message to seller" text box.
Credits
- One credit is charged when uploading one image or website. For each image, you can generate any amount of analyses with no extra charge.
- Packages has an expiration period which range from one month to one year depending on your package plan.
- If you ran out of credits, you can refill them from within the Dashboard > Account > Billing.
Payment
- Payment processing is done via PayPal, but PayPal membership is optional.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts
- To pay by credit card via PayPal without a PayPal account.
- Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
- You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
- Your email address is required so PayPal can send you a receipt and for us to associate the purchase with your Feng-GUI account.
